Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in the Zipline Omiš experience. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every person in your party. Please read them together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The Zipline Omiš experience is operated by Malik d.o.o. Omiš (OIB 27969502148), registered at Josipa Pupačića 4, 21310 Omiš, Croatia ("we", "us", "the operator"). You can reach us on +385 (0) 95 82 22 221 or +385 (0) 21 756 961, or at zipline.croatia@gmail.com.
2. Booking & payment
A booking becomes a confirmed contract once payment is received, or — where you have arranged to pay in our office — once we confirm your reservation in writing. Prices are quoted per person and include VAT.
- Standard tour: €80 per person.
- Private tour: €120 per person.
- Groups (10+ and 50+): by arrangement.
- Transfers (e.g. round-trip pickup from Split, from €20 per person) are priced by location and group size and are additional to the tour price.
Every tour price includes return transport between our Omiš agency and the Podašpilje starting point, a complete equipment set (helmet, harness, gloves), two professional guides and the descent on all eight cables. You may pay securely online when booking, before arrival, or in the office before your zipline term. Accepted methods include major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
3. Invoice & confirmation
Every booking receives an email confirmation with your date, time, meeting point and what to bring, plus a VAT invoice. Online bookings are confirmed instantly on payment; office and phone reservations are confirmed once payment is settled. Please bring your confirmation (printed or on your phone) to the agency, although it is not strictly required to participate.
4. Participation statement
Before departure to the cables, every participant must sign a statement on the conditions of participation and present a valid personal ID. By signing, you confirm that the information you provide (including age and weight) is accurate and that you understand the nature of the activity and the safety instructions given by the guides.
5. Requirements
- Minimum age: 7 years. There is no upper age limit.
- Maximum weight: 140 kg.
- Reasonable general fitness; you must be able to follow safety instructions given in English or Croatian.
- If you are pregnant, have a recent injury, or any medical condition affected by physical exertion or heights, you must contact us before booking so we can advise.
6. Minors
For participants aged 7–18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the participation statement on their behalf. Depending on the child's age and build, the guide decides whether the child rides accompanied by a guide (tandem) or independently. The guide's decision on the day is final and is made in the interest of safety.
7. Conduct & safety
Participants must follow the guides' instructions at all times, use the equipment only as directed, and behave in a way that does not endanger themselves or others. We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation, without refund, where: safety instructions are not followed; a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or a participant's conduct, health or weight presents a safety risk that was not disclosed at booking.
8. Equipment
We provide a full set of certified equipment, fitted and checked by our guides before every descent. Equipment must be returned in the condition received. You are responsible for loss or wilful damage to equipment caused by failure to follow instructions.
9. Weather & force majeure
The zipline operates in suitable weather only. We may reschedule or cancel a tour for unsafe conditions or events beyond our reasonable control (storms, high winds, flooding, etc.). In such cases you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, as set out in our Cancellation Policy.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Requests made within 24 hours, no-shows and late arrivals are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Liability & assumption of risk
Ziplining is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks. We maintain certified equipment, professional guides and rigorous safety procedures, and we take safety extremely seriously. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from a participant's failure to follow instructions, from undisclosed medical conditions, or from inaccurate information provided at booking. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
12. Photos & media
Our guides and cameras may capture photos or video during the activity. Where we wish to use recognisable images of you for marketing, we will rely on your consent; you may ask us not to use your image at any time by contacting us.
13. Data & privacy
We process your personal data to deliver your booking and meet our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts in Croatia. Operator: Malik d.o.o. Omiš, OIB 27969502148, Josipa Pupačića 4, 21310 Omiš.
