Not refundableThis policy explains when you can cancel or move your Zipline Omiš booking, what happens in bad weather, and how refunds work. It is written to match the "free rescheduling up to 24h" promise shown across our website.
1. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a full refund. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the start time are not automatically refundable, but we will always try to find a fair solution — most often by rescheduling you (see below).
2. Rescheduling
Need a different day or time? You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time, subject to availability. Within 24 hours, we'll do our best to move you to another date or group where space allows. There is no rescheduling fee — you only ever pay the tour price.
3. Weather cancellations
The zipline runs in suitable weather only. If conditions are unsafe (storms, high winds, flooding and similar), we may cancel or postpone your tour for safety. In that case you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund — the choice is yours. Weather decisions are made by our guides and are final, always in the interest of safety.
4. Cancellation by us
Very occasionally we may need to cancel for reasons beyond our control (e.g. operational or force-majeure events). If we cancel and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you'll receive a full refund. Our liability for a cancellation is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
5. No-show & late arrival
Please arrive at our agency in Omiš at least 15 minutes before your start time so you don't miss the transfer to the starting point. Arriving too late to join the transfer, or not turning up at all, is treated as a no-show and is not refundable. If you're running late, call us as early as you can on +385 (0) 95 82 22 221 and we'll do what we can.
6. Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We process refunds promptly; depending on your bank or card provider, the money typically appears within a few business days. Refunds of office (cash) payments are arranged directly with you.
7. Groups & private tours
For private tours and larger group bookings, the same 24-hour window applies to the whole booking. Because these reserve significant capacity and guides, we ask larger groups to give as much notice as possible for changes. We'll always confirm any group-specific terms in writing when you book.
8. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used to book any available date within that period. The card value is non-refundable for cash, but bookings made with a gift card follow the same rescheduling and weather rules as any other booking.
