How we keep you safe

Two guides, every metre

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Every tour is led by two professional guides with years of experience on every metre of the line.

At each cable, one guide rides first to demonstrate and receive you on the far side, while the second personally attaches and double-checks your harness and trolley before you go. You are clipped to the steel cable at all times — never relying on a single point.

The kit & the drill

Geared up & briefed

Certified equipment

A full set of certified gear — helmet, harness and gloves — fitted to you and checked before every single descent.

Practice cables first

Two short 25 m practice cables let you learn the brake and the body position under the guides' eyes before the real thing.

No experience needed

Reasonable general fitness is all you need. Comfort with heights helps, but plenty of nervous first-timers leave as converts.

The people in charge

Meet the guides who've got you

Reviews name them again and again. Friendly, calm, and obsessive about doing it right.

An honest heads-up

Who should sit this one out

It's genuinely beginner-friendly — but a few conditions mean the zipline isn't the right call, or that you should talk to us before you book.

Pregnancy

For your safety we can't take expectant riders on the cables.

Back, neck or recent injury

The harness and braking put load on the body — heal up first.

Heart conditions

Anything affected by exertion or adrenaline — check with us and your doctor.

Alcohol or drugs

Riders under the influence are refused entry, with no refund.

Outside 7+ or 140 kg

Under age 7 or over the 140 kg harness limit can't take part.

A severe fear of heights

Nerves are normal — but a true phobia can be overwhelming up there.

Not sure if something applies to you? Contact us first — we'll give you an honest answer before you book.
