How booking & payment work

Pick your date, time and group size on our booking page. The total — VAT included — is shown before you pay.
Pay securely
Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our PCI-secure checkout, or settle in the office before your term.
Instant confirmation
You get an email confirmation with your meeting point, what to bring and an add-to-calendar link straight away.
Arrive & fly
Come to the agency 15 minutes early, sign the participation statement with photo ID, and we'll take it from there.
Payment is made online when booking, before arrival, or in the office before your zipline term. All prices include VAT.Flexible booking

Your plans aren't locked in stone, and bad weather is never your problem.

Talk to us — we'll always try to move you to another date or group where we can.
Late arrivals or a no-show can, in some cases, be given another timeslot — call us as soon as you can and we'll do our best.
Weather on us. If we cancel for unsafe conditions, you choose an alternative date or get a full refund — the forecast is never your risk.
